About Us
Our Background
Kat D Productions was founded in 2019 by Katherine Cabrera to serve the video marketing needs of nonprofit and educational institutions. The idea was born when Katherine noticed that her alma mater, the University of Mount Saint Vincent, lacked the in-house capacity to produce their own video content. After graduating, she offered her services to the university—marking the beginning of Kat D Productions. Since then, we’ve been committed to crafting professional, story-driven videos that amplify the voices and missions of nonprofits, schools, and values-based organizations.
